- Practitioners are classified and registered by the SCFHS through the Mumaris+ portal. The Commission publishes separate Rules and Regulations for Classification and Registration, which govern the detail.

- Letter of employment identification issued within the three months before the application, from the personnel affairs department or the facility's representative, proving clinical practice in the field of specialisation
